Inside the Brawner Builders plan room our subcontractors have the opportunity to review and download project drawings for any number of upcoming bids we have by clicking on the “Download Drawings Here” line. This hyperlink will then route you to our new FTP document site. If you do not see the project you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact our Southern Office (410-863-4883) where they will provide you with the information you were looking for.

How does Brawner send subcontractors bid documents?
The Project Management team of Brawner Builders, Inc. has enabled the company to save thousands on document printing costs by using a FTP Site as our main system of document distribution. As a result, subcontractors can view our plan room at any time and download the drawings directly from the hyperlink provided in the Plan Room table. This link will enable any user to download the bid documents free of charge. Subsequently, Brawner Builders no longer provides hard-copy drawings or CD’s unless they are picked up at one of our offices. Moreover, hard-copy drawings are only provided for select sections as the price of printing large sets of drawings for subcontractors has proven to be too costly.
When do we submit our proposals?
Brawner Builders, Inc. prefers that all proposals be sent the day before pricing is due for Brawner Builders i.e. if bid X is due on March 3rd @3PM, we would like your price faxed or e-mailed to us on March 2nd @4PM. This enables our staff of Project Managers to review your scope of work and to call you with any questions they may have regarding your scope. Early proposals enable our staff to have the best opportunity to provide the best possible price to our client. Moreover, due to the nature of bid deliveries we often must have our price ready several hours before the bid deadline.
